Event requirements
- Minimum 3-night stay required
- $4,300 event fee (covers trash removal, wear & tear, and host insurance)
- Event insurance policy required (typically $200–300 — we can connect you with a provider)
- 2 portable restroom units required per 50 guests for duration of event
- No street parking or signage per local ordinance — carpooling encouraged
- No fireworks
- Quiet hours after 10 PM per local ordinance
- All service providers must be licensed and insured
- Tent setup requires prior approval and may incur additional fees
- Any unusual activities require prior host approval
